In my experience, the biggest fear most sellers have when listing their home with a real estate agent is whether they're choosing the right one. They wonder, “Will this agent do a good job?” “Will this agent place my interests ahead of their own?” “Will this agent communicate with us?”

I realize that this may be a real concern for you and in an effort to remove some of the fear from your choice to work with me and my team, I've introduced an "Easy Exit" Policy and this is written into every one of my Listing Agreements, just like this:

When you list your home with Benard Gibbons, if you are unhappy with anything I am doing for you, you can cancel your listing contract with us at any time at 24 hours notice without any cost or penalty by just notifying me in writing.

That’s it. There will be no questions and no recriminations. It's your home and I will never lock you in to a long listing agreement. You should be in complete control at all times. Is there any way I could make the process more stress-free?
