Danville Neighborhoods

For a town of less than 50,000 people, Danville has an extremely varied range of neighborhoods from small, older (and newer) condominiums avaiable under $500,000 to multi-million dollar mansions with everything else in between.

Our residents come from all walks of life but when you ask most people who live here what the attraction is, you will most often get the response that it is either the top-quality schools or the small-town feel that is promulgated by the attractive downtown. We don't have many retail chains in Danville and most residents would be happy to keep it that way.
