At the beginning of July, 2009, there were 285 detached single family homes for sale in Danville and 43 condos and townhomes etc. This is less than 4 months supply of all types of home in Danville and is indicative of a strengthening sellers' market.
     Median home prices have continued to fall here over the past few months but we appear to have passed the bottom and this month, we see a significant increase in the median home price for single family homes in Danville. The increasing numbers of sales agreed clearly demonstrates that there are plenty of buyers about and with interest rates still low, plus additional buyer incentives being available, it looks like this is a good time to sell.
